Unfinished Solid Hardwoods:

Much like their cousins in the unfinished world, the right prefinished brand of flooring will provide your family with firm footing for years to come. We carry a wide range of top quality prefinished hardwoods from globally renowned brands along with a carefully selected group of bespoke manufacturers to meet the needs of any builder, architect or interior designer.
Unfinished Engineered Hardwood:

As trends and styles evolve towards wider plank widths, stability becomes a concern due to size and moisture constraints within the subfloors. To solve this problem manufacturers in the hardwood flooring industry developed techniques to construct flooring planks with solid hardwood wear layers laminated on a premium plywood core for stability. This hybrid or “engineered” hardwood floor provides the greatest insurance policy for both the client and contractor in terms of expansion/contraction. While unfinished engineered floors have been on the market for decades, up until recently have they been manufactured with larger top layers that rival solid floors. All our unfinished engineered hardwood floors are milled locally in Los Angeles and sourced from manufacturers in the United States.
